The Luxor cabinet series, by Giulio Cappellini, is composed of elements with a matte or glossy finish; the metal base is matte lacquered with the same finish as the cabinet.
Destined for living room or contract settings, these cabinets have a clean, light, free-standing appearance; spacious and well-conceived, they are simple yet designed meticulously down to the smallest details: from the construction of the case – made partly of high-density fibre conglomerate and partly in aluminium-covered poplar plywood – to the hinges which were designed specifically for this collection. The Luxor series includes sideboards with drawers and open-faced cabinets or with hinged, sliding or flap doors, and can be fitted with internal drawers and shelving.
