The Tondo rug is created by superimposing two off-centred circles of felt in different diameters. An outline where the "Girella" design can be inserted is die-cut from the upper circle. In the resulting space, the embroidered "Girella" design can be inserted and sewn to the under felt. The border features Punto Cavallo. this rug can only be produced with a single layer of felt. Composition: 100% woven felt in pure virgin wool.
