The Monster Carpet is part of Marcel Wanders’ Monster collection. One day Marcel woke up and vividly remembered a dreamlike vision. With the last remnants of sleep exiting his cloudy mind, he wrote his vision for the afterlife. A story about mortality, butterflies, muses, and an eternal party. The story inspired the Monster collection, including this round carpet. An eye-catcher in any room with its bright colours and an intriguing backstory.
